The Clippers will return to practice without their All-Star forward, Jamal Crawford, who is out with a sore right knee, coach Doc Rivers said Wednesday.

L.A.’s team announced the injury Wednesday.

The Clippers are expected to practice on Thursday but the team announced it will not travel to Orlando and instead will host the Orlando Magic on Saturday.

Rivers said Crawford will play Sunday and Monday in Las Vegas.

The Lakers and Orlando have played three games together, but the Lakers lost 102-97 to the Magic on Wednesday night.

They also lost 107-96 to the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.

The Hornets are one of the league’s hottest teams.

Rudd said he had not spoken with Crawford about returning to the Clippers.

The team is in Orlando preparing for the Orlando contest.
